Revelation 10:1 - 11:14 presents Two Events

between the Sixth Trumpet (Rev 9:13-21)

and the Seventh Trumpet (Rev. 11:15-19)...

The Sixth Trumpet: The Angel and The Scroll (Rev. 10:1-9):1. This is an UNUSUAL Angel (Grk. “ischuron”...MIGHTY, POWERFUL,

VALIANT)! This word is used to describe only two other angels in Revelation: Rev. 5:2, Rev 18:21.

2. Cloud for clothing!3. The Angel wears the Rainbow of God’s Covenant with the Earth!4. The Angel’s Face is too bright to look upon.5. The Angel’s Legs are like pillars of fire (just like Jesus: Rev. 1:5).6. The Angel ROARS like a lion (a lion’s roar can be heard up to 5 miles and

and only happens when a lion is in their territory) after planting his feet on earth and sea.

7. The Angel SWEARS BY GOD!

The Sixth Trumpet: The Seven Thunders (Rev. 10:3,4):1. The Psalms all have names! Psalm 29 is called “The Psalm of the Seven

Thunders.”a. Watersb. Powerc. Splendord. Breaks (cracks) the Cedars of Lebanone. Divides the Flames of Firef. Shakes (earthquake)g. Causes hinds to calve (brings Life)

2. That being said, WE DONT KNOW WHAT THE SEVEN THUNDERS SAID.

The Sixth Trumpet: The Oath (Rev. 10:5-7):AS GOD LIVES, Who created the Heaven, Earth Sea and all their contents…

...that TIME SHALL NO LONGER EXIST...

...but that in the days of the Seventh Angel, when he is about to sound…

...The MYSTERY OF GOD (1 Corinthians 15:24-28; Ephesians 1:9,10) will be FINISHED/COMPLETE…

...as God had “WELL-MESSAGED” (similar to the Greek word for “gospel”) His servants the prophets!

The Sixth Trumpet: The Open Scroll (Rev. 10:8-11)

WHERE have we heard this before??? Ezekiel 2:7 - 3:4:

“‘But you shall speak My words to them whether they listen or not, for they are rebellious.’

“‘Now you, son of man, listen to what I am speaking to you; do not be rebellious like that rebellious house. Open your mouth and eat what I am giving you.’ Then I looked, and behold, a Hand was extended to me; and lo, a scroll was in It. When He spread it out before me, it was written on the front and back, and written on it were lamentations, mourning and woe.

“Then He said to me, ‘Son of man, eat what you find; eat this scroll, and go, speak to the house of Israel.’ So I opened my mouth, and He fed me this scroll. He said to me, ‘Son of man, feed your stomach and fill your body with this scroll which I am giving you.’ Then I ate it, and it was sweet as honey in my mouth.4 Then He said to me, “Son of man, go to the house of Israel and speak with My Words to them.’”

One on Earth...and One in Heaven!

The Sixth Trumpet: The Earthly Temple Measured (Rev. 11:1,2):ANOTHER REFERENCE TO EZEKIEL (40:1 - 48:35...260 VERSES)!The Essential Message:

“‘And He said unto me, ‘Son of man, The Place of My Throne, and The Place of The Soles of My Feet, where I will dwell in the midst of the Children of Israel forever, and My Holy Name shall the House of Israel no more defile: neither they, nor their kings by their whoredom, nor by the carcases of their kings in their high places.’”

The Sixth Trumpet: The Two Witnesses (Rev. 11:3-14):

1. Spoken of in Zechariah Chapter 4.2. The Two Witnesses prophesy for 1,260 days (42 months...3.5 years)...same as

Daniel 7:25, Daniel 9:27, Revelation 12:6,14 and Revelation 13:5-7.3. The Two Witnesses wear only sackcloth: the symbol of Repentance and Mourning.4. The Two Witnesses execute anyone that assaults them by fire proceeding from their

mouths.5. The Two Witnesses control the weather, turn rivers and lakes into blood, and lay

plague after plague on the world for 3 and a half years!6. The Two Witnesses are finally defeated at Jerusalem by the Beast that arises from

the Abyss (same Beast that Babylon rides on [Rev. 17]...not the Sea Beast [Rev. 13:1-10] nor the Earth Beast [Rev. 13:11-18]).

7. The Two Witnesses come alive after 3.5 days and are summoned to Heaven in a cloud (just like Jesus).

8. A subsequent earthquake destroys a tenth of Jerusalem.

The SEVENTH TRUMPET: THE END OF TIME (Rev. 11:15-19):1. The Great Proclamation:

a. God takes possession of the Earth Kingdom.b. God’s reign on Earth will NEVER cease.c. The unsaved nations were enraged with God and God responded with

WRATH.d. The dead must be judged.e. The prophets, saints and God-fearers (small and great) must be

rewarded.f. Those who destroyed the Earth must be destroyed.

2. The Temple in Heaven is opened, and the True Resting Place of The Ark of the Covenant is finally revealed!

3. The suspense builds before a crucial interlude in Chapter 12!
