Shift Note - Comment from Brown Strachan Associates regarding acoustics (sent to Shift on May 31st 2019):
"Prior to boarding, we recommend listening tests in the corridor with the MUA operating above. A criticalrequirement is that drywall and framing be installed clear of ductwork serving the MUA or any other equipment,particularly in suites. The corridor ceiling should be loosely insulated in the vicinity of the duct. Ductwork in shaftsshould be supported at floors only (no contact to shaft walls).
During commissioning, and after all specified isolation work is complete, MUA noise should be rechecked in thesuites and corridor, preferably in the early morning, before occupancy."
