fourth time. Majority of the given child birth 58% of them are only 1st born while others has
25%. The reason that majority of then only has 1st born child because they take into
consideration the financial needs and other aspects.

There are 11 mothers said they do breastfeeding, 5 use bottle, and 1 use both. Most families in
the barangay don’t have enough money to buy powdered milk and they said that breast milk is
much easier to provide and good for babies.

The data shows that the majority of number in feeding time is 6 for 1-2 months, 5 for 3-4
months, 3 for 2 years and above, and 1 for 5-6, 7-8, 9-12 months. Based on the results in the bar
graph that when you feed your child for 1-2 months there is a greater chance that a child will be
healthy to achieve optimal growth, development and health.an integral part of the reproductive
process with important implications for the health of mothers. Foods should be adequate,
meaning that they provide sufficient energy, protein and micronutrients to meet a growing child's
nutritional needs. Foods should be prepared and given in a safe manner to minimize the risk of contamination. Feeding young infants requires active care and stimulation to encourage the child
to eat.

The contagious diseases in the barangay, out of 40, 4 had PTB, Pneumonia 1, chicken pox 2,
dengue 10, LBM 17, Measles 2, Pigsa 2, Cough 2. LBM is the most common disease in the
community because of poor handling of food, unproper sanitation and the open drainage in the
kitchen.
