Revolutionary Products For The ISPs / WISPs
This switch is the combination of Reverse PoE Switch & Fiber Media
Converter. This switch has Fiber Uplink Port(Single Fiber - SC), so no
need of Fiber Media converter at last mile building. With Fiber Uplink
Port ISPs can share Single Fiber Uplink with multiple client by using
Ethernet cable. This switch can be powered using any standard PoE
Injector (24VDC, 0.5~1 AMP). RPoE Switch can draw the necessary
power even from a single client. This eliminates the need of UPS / Power
Backup at building top. No need to pay to the Building Owner / Any
Client for 24 power backup. Overall the RPoE switch saves a lot of
money and time for ISP.
Features
Intelligent Power Management Feature : Switch can be powered
using Remote Power/Reverse Power from customer using specially
designed NETMODEM or any standard PoE Injector (24V DC, 0.5~1 Amp).
Supports Auto-Negotiation : Each of the Switch ports automatically
detect whether connected network devices are running at 10Mbps or
100Mbps and halfduplex or full-duplex mode, and adjusts the speed and
mode accordingly ensuring easy and hassle-free operation.
Supports Non-Blocking Wire Speed : The Switch forwards and
receives traffic seamlessly with its non-blocking wire-speed. Every port of
the Switch supports speeds up to 200Mbps in full-duplex mode
simultaneously, providing full wire speed to connected devices and
allowing you to run a high speed network smoothly.
Port Based Isolation : Data of the Uplink Port can be transfer to any of
the Downlink ports but the Individual Downlink ports can't communicate
with each other. Port Isolation Can be enabled/Disabled using DIP.
Surge Protection : 2 kV Surge protection Provided on each port to
protect against high voltage surge on data ports or Uplink port.
Over Voltage Protection : Over Voltage Protection is provided on each
Data Port to eliminate damage due to connection of High Voltage PoE
Injector . Switch will stop functioning if client connect higher than 24VDC
PoE Injector and will start working again once this high voltage source is
removed.
Over Current Protection : We have provided over current protection
on each port to prevent damage to the switch in case of high current
flowing. This is provided using Resettable Fuse to facilitate easy
maintenance and avoiding frequent change of blown fuse.
Cascading : Switches Can be Cascaded for more User. Model : NS-ER7-
P1 / NS-RP071P-OD are used for Cascading with all other RPoE models.
