Bank does not have any specific preference here, and it shall be as per the industry standard.

What are different report types that exists? The current report types that are available as of now are based on crystal reports, some are direct SQL based, some are extracted by business users from external systems and stored locally, some may directly be in the form of excels, etc.

Build data warehouse using data from existing data marts that has about 60% of data required for reports. The existing data mart is a part of core treasury application.

Please help us understand the sources for the remaining 40% data. In addition, pointer on the following would be required : 1) Number of existing data marts (DM) 2)What is the size of data mart with respect to data volumes 3)How is the data loaded currently in the DM 4) Underlying schema structures- Number of Tables, attributes etc. 5) What is the frequency of Data Load in the DM?

Remaining 40% data can be structured or unstructured data, being utilized by the business users. 1) Existing core datamart is One (1), from where data needs to be extracted. In addition there might be certain other data available. 2) Size of core datamart is approximately 1.5-2TB 3) Data is loaded into the DM by core treasury applications. 4) Number of current tables in datamart shall be approx 6000. 5) Data load is generally done in batches. 6) Datamart for solution should have a separate database other than existing datamart.

System should have features to build story boards of multiple pages and share it with user groups. The tool’s story boarding should have capability to use Pictures, Pictograms, Shapes and texts.

Can you please provide an example of expected storyboard and its capabilities? What is the expectation around usage of pictures, shapes etc. ?

Technology set shall mostly be Oracle Database on Solaris / Windows platform. Sample data file cannot be shared at this stage.

27 58 Annexure E All of the reports where input data is currently in readable digitized format are to be automated. Some of the MS Excel based report having input data in non-digitized form (such as email, phone calls) are used for further reporting on T+1 day or future periods such as weekly, fortnightly, monthly or quarterly. Data from such reports are also to be uploaded into new data warehouse.

What are the different sources of information that qualify as non-digitized ? What is the existing process of capturing non-digitized data such as phone call information etc. ?

Non digitized sources can be Email attachments, call notes, etc. Currently there is no automated procedure for the same.

28 58 Annexure E Using the new data warehouse, need to create 10-12 dashboards with charts as per stakeholder requirement which may be combination of multiple existing reports and these charts to have drill down capability

Tools and licenses under Bank's EULA may be utilized for the solution. If there are any tools/software outside EULA that is being utilized, proper official licenses need to be provided to Bank.

116 18 Clause 24: Performance Bank Guarantee

i. Performance Bank Guarantee [PBG] of the amount with validity period specified in Part II of this RFP strictly on the format at Annexure-H is to be submitted by the finally selected Bidder. The PBG has to be issued by a Scheduled Commercial Bank other than SBI and needs to be submitted within the specified time of receipt of formal communication from the Bank about their Bid finally selected. Purchase Order will be released only after receipt of the Performance Bank Guarantee. In case, SBI is the sole Banker for the Bidder, a Letter of Comfort from SBI may be accepted.

i. Performance Bank Guarantee [PBG] of the amount with validity period specified in Part II of this RFP strictly on the format at Annexure-H is to be submitted by the finally selected Bidder. The PBG has to be issued by a Scheduled Commercial Bank other than SBI and needs to be submitted within the specified time of receipt of formal communication from the Bank about their Bid finally selected. The UAT includes functional tests, resilience tests, benchmark comparisons, operational tests, load tests etc. SBI staff / third Party Vendor designated by the Bank will carry out the functional testing. This staff / third party vendor will need necessary on-site training for the purpose and should be provided by the Vendor. Vendor should carry out other testing like resiliency /

In case of breach of this warranty, Bank’s exclusive remedy will be to obtain (1) the re-performance of the service or the correction or replacement of any service deliverable that provides substantially similar functionality or (2) if both parties mutually determines that such remedies are not practicable, a refund of the fees allocable to that part of the deliverable will be due to the Bank if already paid by the Bank. In the event that Service Provider is delayed or prevented from performing its obligations due to such failure or delay on the part of or on behalf of the Bank, then Service Provider shall be allowed an additional period of time to perform its obligations and unless otherwise agreed the additional period shall be equal to the amount of time for which Service Provider is delayed or prevented from performing its obligations due to such failure or delay on the part of or on behalf of the Bank. i. The Bank, without prejudice to any other remedy for breach of Contract, by a written notice of not less than 30 (thirty) days sent to the Vendor, may terminate the Contract in whole or in part: a. If the Vendor fails to deliver any or all of the Software Solution and Services within the period(s) specified in the Contract, or within any extension thereof granted by the Bank; or b. If the vendor fails to perform any other obligation(s) under the contract; or c. Laxity in adherence to standards laid down by the Bank; or d. Discrepancies / deviations in the agreed processes and / or Software Solution; or e. Violations of terms and conditions stipulated in this RFP. ii. In the event the Bank terminates the Contract in whole or in part for the breaches attributable to the Vendor, the Bank may procure, upon such terms and in such manner as it deems appropriate, Software Solution and Services similar to those undelivered, and the Vendor shall be liable to the Bank for any increase in cost for such similar

In the event of failure of the Service Provider to render the Services or in the event of termination of agreement or expiry of term or otherwise, without prejudice to any other right, the Bank at its sole discretion may make alternate arrangement for getting

the Services contracted with another vendor. In such case, the Bank shall give prior notice to the existing Service Provider. The existing Service Provider shall continue to provide services as per the terms of contract until a ‘New Service Provider’ completely takes over the work. During the transition phase, the existing Service Provider shall render all reasonable assistance to the new Service Provider within such period prescribed by the Bank, at no extra cost to the Bank, for ensuring smooth switch over and continuity of services. If existing vendor is breach of this obligation, they shall be liable for paying a penalty of as provided in Part-II, (Schedule of Events, Sl No 20) on demand to the Bank, which may be settled from the payment of invoices or Performance Bank Guarantee for the contracted period or by invocation of Performance Bank Guarantee.
