I. Introduction

The White County Department of Finance, is hereby issuing Addendum #1 to the Request for Qualifications soliciting responses from experienced and qualified General Contractors to provide construction services for the Construction of a new Findlay Elementary School on Hale Street in Sparta, Tennessee. In compliance with Section III A of the original RFQ, it is the proposer’s responsibility to assure receipt of all addenda issued. This addendum and any subsequently issued addenda will be published on the solicitation web page. Proposers should not rely on any representations, statements, or explanations other than those made in any written addendum to this RFQ. Where there appears to be a conflict between the RFQ and any addenda issued, the last addendum issued shall prevail. Solicitation Web Page is: www.whitecountytn.gov/bids
