This is the time of multitasking. If you can do one thing and

your competitor can do a multiple things, be rest assured

that you’ll be fired and you have to fly with your dreams to

somewhere else. There was a time when you used to take out time

from your personal lives to do something professionally and now

there’s a time when you try and take out time from your professional

life to do something personally. Profession suffers, relationship

suffers and with that your happiness suffers too. Trust me, many relationships suffer a

lot because we aren’t able to manage our schedule properly. If you can’t manage time

between your friends and families, one of them will sign off from your life. You should

know how to manage things, your time. You should know when to switch into work and

when to switch it off. My hectic schedule sometimes take life out of me but I still manage

to talk to my family, do Skype with them and then I go back to my table where I write

at least 1000 words of my new novel daily. Not even for once people have told me that I

don’t give them enough time in life even though I am so busy. I keep Sunday to myself

where I spend crazy time with my buddies, so my strategy is to ‘Work a lot, be disciplined

and then forget about your work on Sundays.’ That keeps my childhood and a child in my

soul alive.
