Wie wirkt die Orthese?Die Ruhigstellung und Stabilisierung des Daumengelenkes ist durch ein integriertes Kunststoffelement gewährleistet.

Wie häufig und wann soll ich die Orthese tragen?Nur durch konsequentes Tragen der Rhizomed soft unterstützen Sie den Erfolg des Therapie-verlaufes.
Wie lege ich die Orthese an?• Öffnen Sie alle Klettverschlüsse und schlüpfen
Sie mit der Hand in die Orthese (1).• Führen Sie zunächst den Gurt am Handgelenk
durch die Schlaufe und schließen Sie diesen (2).
• Schließen Sie anschließend beide Daumen-gurte über Kreuz (3).
• Hinweis: Schließen Sie die Klettverschlüsse am Daumen nicht zu fest. Sollten Sie Druckschmerz empfinden, lockern sie den Verschluss. Bei danach auftretenden Schmerzen suchen Sie Ihren Orthopädietech-niker oder Arzt auf.

Rhizomed® softIntended Purpose The Rhizomed soft is a thumb orthosis. The product is exclusively to be used for the orthotic fitting of the thumb area and only on intact skin. Indications• Rhizarthrosis• Ligament injuries (ski thumb)• Irritations of the thumb joint

How does the orthosis act? The immobilisation and stabilisation of the thumb joint is guaranteed by the built-in PU-plastic element.
How often and when should I wear the orthosis? The Rhizomed soft only supports successful therapy if it is worn consistently.
How do I put on the orthosis? • Open the belts and slip your hand into the
orthosis (1).• First pull the belt on the wrist through the
buckle and close it (2).• Then close both thumb belts crosswise (3).• Please note: do not fasten the Velcro at the
thumb too tightly. If you experience pressure pains loosen the straps. Consult your orthopaedic technician or doctor should pain continue.
Care instructions Velcro fasteners should be closed for washing. Soap residues, lotions and ointments can cause skin irritation and material wear.• Wash the product by hand, preferably using
medi clean washing agent.• Do not bleach.• Leave to dry naturally.• Do not iron.• Do not dry clean.
Storage instructionsKeep the product in a cool, dry place and do not expose to direct sunlight.

• Ensuite, adjuster les deux sangles croisées sur le pouce (3).
• Important : ne serrez pas trop la bande velcro au niveau du pouce. Si vous ressentez des douleurs dues a une trop grande compression, desserrez la fermeture. Si des douleurs se presentent ensuite, veuillez consulter votre technicien orthopedique ou votre medecin.
Conseils d entretienLes bandes Velcro doivent être fermées pour le lavage. Les résidus de savon peuvent causer des irritations cutanées et une usure du matériau.• Lavez le produit à la main, de préférence en
