“ARE WE THERE YET?” A long family road trip or a nation inching toward meaningful healthcare reform? Sometimes it’s hard to

tell the difference. From time to time on this journey to reform we crest a hill to behold a glorious vista of progress and promise. This conference represents such a vista. On the long, bumpy trip to reform, distracted by detours and exasperated by unnecessary wrong turns, we choose to celebrate and take inventory of all our accomplishments and progress with four days of success stories, refreshing new perspectives, and solid strategies for leading change. Once again, community health centers rise to the challenge.

We may not be “there” quite yet, but we are fortunate to be on this journey with dedicated colleagues and meaningful work. Please join us in Seattle October 22-25 to network with your peers and learn from the experts—it will be a worthwhile and fulfilling trip.

Conference Highlights » Patient-Centered Medical Home: Success Stories and Signi!cant Signposts » Health System Transformation: "e Results! » "ree full days for clinicians by clinicians, planned in collaboration with the Western Clinicians Network » A new approach to board training#!nd the gi$s inside you for e%ective governance » Blockbuster intensives: LEAN, Meaningful Use Boot Camp, Health Information Literacy » Policy innovations from Massachuse&s, Colorado, Oregon and South Carolina » Roundtable Lunches return for peer sharing and discussion
