RICE PUDDING

Dalis, Judit, Miquel, Izan and Sergi.

IngredientsRice (250 grams)Sugar (200 grams)Lemon (only the peel)CinnamonMilk (1 liter)

Step oneFirst we put the milk and the lemon peel in a

pan and we boil it.

Step twoThen we put the cinnamon into the pan with

the milk and the lemon.

Step threeThird we add the sugar and the rice in the

pan with the other ingredients.

Step fourThen we mix it until the rice absorbs the

milk.

Step fiveThen we remove the peel from the pan.

Step sixThen we check that the rice is boiled.

Step sevenAfter this we put the rice pudding in different

bowls.

Step eightFinally we add some cinnamon on the rice

pudding.

NOW WE CAN EAT THE RICE PUDDING!
