Autumn is a wonderful time to sell as many of us make New Year’s resolutions and use the start of the year as a time to act. We’ve made it through the hottest part of the year and we are

now coming into one of my favourite seasons, Autumn. The

temperature drops to a more comfortable level, nature starts

to look a little greener and generally everyone is back into the

full swing of things.

Our front cover image has been taken by local artist, Tracy

Naughton of ‘Let Me Sea’. Tracy has beautifully captured the

transitional waterfall of Mount Coolum, which can only be

seen when there is a heavy rainfall. If you’re lucky enough to

explore Mount Coolum at this time, it really is a magical site
