Completed for the week ending July 20, 2018:

� Pilot classroom furniture selections were finalized at the vendor’s showroom.

Planned for the week ending July 27, 2018:

� Estimates on Central, RDLS and RSTEM to be discussed at the Project Oversight Committee

meeting on Wednesday.

Richfield High School

Completed for the week ending July 20, 2018:

� Schematic Design documents estimates continue to be worked on.

� User group meetings continue in select areas.

� Art room cabinetry demolition took place.

� Security monitoring system meeting was held on Thursday.

� Pilot classrooms were finalized and furniture selections were made.

Planned for the week ending July 27, 2018:

� Design Development documents are underway by the Design Team

� Schematic Design estimates continue to be worked on.

� Security monitoring system options to be developed by the vendor met with.

RDLS Elementary

Completed for the week ending July 20, 2018:

� Schematic Design Documents continue being reviewed by IEA for abatement

coordination.

� SD Estimate review continued with Wold and ICS for presentation at POC next week

� Playground ribbon cutting ceremony held! See picture below.

Planned for the week ending July 27, 2018:

� Schematic Design documents estimate to be presented at POC on Wednesday.

� Design Development documents continue to be worked on.

Completed for the week ending July 20, 2018:

� Revised Schematic Design/Design Development documents continue to be formatted

based on the review of the building utilization meeting discussions.

� Schematic Design Estimate has been reviewed and is ready to present at POC on

Wednesday.

Planned for the week ending July 27, 2018:

� Schematic Design/Design Development documents to continue.

� Schematic Design estimate to be finalized for presentation to the POC on July 25th.

R-STEM Elementary

Completed for the week ending July 20, 2018:

� Schematic Design Documents continue being reviewed by IEA for abatement

coordination.

� SD Estimate review continued with Wold and ICS for presentation at POC next week

� Interior 3rd floor door and hardware installed.

Planned for the week ending July 27, 2018:

� Design Development documents continue to be worked on by the design team.
