Bonus Snow Day Class!

The excuse of time and motivation isn't a problem any more because barre's hour

long workout is quick, efficient, and challenges me physically, mentally, and emotionally.  I am in and out in an hour's time and I have never felt more confident, healthy, and active in my whole life.  I am

beyond grateful for all that Richmond Barre has done for me. -CW

33% off on all shirts! today only.

this hour is for you.

In seat work, stay in contraction, try not to squeeze release. #FormFriday

Keep knees over ankles

Make sure your toes are just below

the barre before pulling away and

lowering your seat. #FormFriday

Heels high to protect knees- keep ankles pressing towards each other instead of rolling outward. #FormFriday

Work smarter not harder! For better results,

try changing up your movements - even if it’s

only slightly.

Focus on what you love most

about your workout rather than the effort.

INSPIRE YOUR

NEIGHBOR

In knee dancing, focus on working from the top of the thighs. Keep your chest open, shoulders back and

over your hips. Think of keeping your abs in tight as you lift your seat away from your heels. Find the point at

which you feel the burn, hold the contraction, and work from there!

When working the upper back, be sure to

relax the shoulders back and down.

Meet the challenge head-on.

In parallel thigh work, hold your posture tall. Keep shoulders over the hips, lower your tailbone to the floor,

and have a light grip on the barre.
