Solution:

Leveraging Rigel Networks’ managed services & project engineering team, the client’s migration project was planned,

scheduled & executed within 7 days from acceptance of the proposal.

We registered Office 365 portal & migrated 200 mailboxes with around 300 GB of mailbox database. Cloud identity was

selected to set up and manage user accounts, i.e. no on-premise servers were required. The accounts were stored in cloud-

based user authentication service Azure Active Directory.

Our IT engineer configured Directory Synchronization Tool to sync the on-premises domain controller passwords with

office 365 mailbox login. The migration of all the mailboxes was done using cut over Office 365 migration process. After

the migration, we did the decommission process of on-premise Exchange Server 2010.

Along with this, as per the client’s need, we installed a new server with windows server 2012 and configured additional

domain controller. We migrated all the FSMO roles to new 2012 domain controller and did the decommission process for

the existing 2003 domain controller.

company to build them a cloud based secure online meeting

application for their business.

Solution:

Based on client’s requirement of a cloud based solution, our

adept IT engineers had two options in front of them, AWS &

Microsoft Azure. Acknowledging the client’s explicit needs

and favoring Microsoft’s strong footing & better support

capability, Windows Azure was tabbed as an apt cloud

platform for the project.

Hence using Windows Azure, Rigel Networks provided a

documents and the ability to annotate these with

Rigel Networks provided complete solutions as per client’s requirements. We used Amazon Web Services that

gives client an easy way to use the massive compute power of the Amazon cloud computing platform to host their

existing software on the Internet. By hosting on the Amazon cloud computing platform, company’s business could

access on-demand, cost-effective infrastructure solutions and subsequently save time, money, and management

resources.

With AWS, client can run their custom software, or select 3rd party software of their choice. Additionally, they

can run their load balancing software of their choice to scale the application. We helped them to add, modify or

delete inventory from Amazon and Amazon processes inventory files. Thus, client could determine the status of

their inventory files. Amazon Inventory Management provides a secure and automated method to upload

inventory and manage orders on Amazon.com marketplace.

For Amazon marketing, Rigel was involved with feed discussion, analysis and implementation from Amazon. We

converted b2c jewel items to Amazon items, means now b2c items were re-defined according to Amazon items

like item size unit, diamond carat weight unit, description words, search words etc. We also generated B2C

exclusive diamonds certification from html page to jpeg image. We implemented solution, such that, customers

could avail their discount at the checkout process. These promo codes are distributed to the registered customers

through email. We implemented a solution, such that, it allows users to download the codes on daily basis at a

predefined time.

They saved money by avoiding up-front capital expenses and paying only for the resources they used

Saved time and gained agility by reducing the time required to provision infrastructure from months or

weeks to minutes
