Dear Senator Rubio:

National Right to Life is very pleased to endorse you for reelection to the U.S. Senate.

Throughout your term in the U.S. Senate, you have voted pro-life on every occasion, 100%.

During the current Congress, you cosponsored and voted to advance thePain-Capable Unborn Child

Protection Act groundbreaking legislation to protect unborn children at 20 weeks, a point by which

the unborn child is capable of experiencing great pain when being killed by dismemberment or other

late abortion methods. You cosponsored theBorn-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act,

legislation to require that a baby born alive during an abortion be afforded the same degree of care

that would apply to any other child born alive at the same gestational age.

You repeatedly voted to block federal funding to Planned Parenthood, the nations largest abortion

provider, and to prevent taxpayer funding of abortions.

You voted to repeal Obamacare, including the provision that has resulted in federal funding of about

1,000 health plans that pay for elective abortion.

All Floridians who are concerned with the right to life and with the protection of the most vulnerable

members of the human family should vote to reelect you to the U.S. Senate, so that you can continue

your work to advance vital pro-life public policies.
