Process for sending FAX:

Note: If you wish to confirm that the correct fax extension for incoming faxes has been assigned to

your printer then you can send a fax to yourself and it will print on that printer.

o User authenticates at device

o User selects ‘RightFax’ icon to open Fax Screen

o Once logged in – User selects the ‘ Home ‘ button

Note: You must add +44 at the start of any fax being sent – for example +441619991234. Once you

Once faxing completed:

Once in the above screen the user can logout as normal. (Current method for logging out)

Process for Receiving FAX:

Fax lines are automatically ported to the local MFD and when a fax is sent from an external fax

device or system, the fax will print directly on the MFD.

For devices that can support and display the PCC button, user presses the PCC button to take them back to Launcher screen.

For devices that do not support this feature (MP 301 and MP 306) user presses the Home

button and then the PCC button to go back to Launcher Screen.
