1.The students attending our Group of Schools range from preschool education, 1st, 2nd, 3rd Levels to secondary level (5-18 years of age). 

2.The Internal Regulation Document only refers to special rights and duties. General rights and duties are enshrined by the official legislation.

3.According to the Law, students are responsible, in appropriate terms to their age and capacity for discernment, the inherent rights which are conferred within the education system as well as to ensure the other members of the educational community the same rights that are granted to them.

Students lose their status:

a) When they are over compulsory education age (18); when they have failed as a result of by excessive absences or cancelled their inscription;

b) When they are transferred to another school, following the application of disciplinary measures.

Any Member of the school community has the right to:•Present suggestions about any aspect of the life of the group of schools•See their safety in school safeguarded and respected their physical and moral integrity•Be assisted of in case of accident or sudden illness;

They have the duty to:•Collaborate in the realization of the Educational Project of the group of schools

Any student is entitled to:

•Attend classes in one or more subjects;

•Organize and participate in initiatives that promote education and free time occupation;

•Benefit under the services of School Social Action, which helps to overcome or compensate for social, economical or cultural shortcomings;

•Be able to enjoy awards that distinguish meritorious deeds;

•Benefit from other specific support through the Psychology and Guidance Services or other services of Specialized Educational Support;

•Submit comments and suggestions, relating to the operation of the school;

•Be informed about the school rules (Internal Regulation) and all matters that justifiably are of its interest;

•Participate in other school activities, according to Law, and the Internal Regulation;

•Participate in the evaluation process;.

All students have a duty to:•Be diligent and punctual and fulfill all its duties within the school activity;•Respect the physical and psychological integrity of all members of the educational community;•Provide aid and assistance to other members of the educational community;•Ensure the preservation, storage facilities and cleaning materials, furniture and landscaping of the school, making proper use of them;•Not consume addictive substances, in particular drugs, tobacco, alcohol, any form of promotion or facilitation and trafficking;•Validate the ID card every day;

All students have a duty to:•Be diligent and punctual and fulfill all its duties within the school activity;•Respect the physical and psychological integrity of all members of the educational community;•Provide aid and assistance to other members of the educational community;•Ensure the preservation, storage facilities and cleaning materials, furniture and landscaping of the school, making proper use of them;•Not consume addictive substances, in particular drugs, tobacco, alcohol, any form of promotion or facilitation and trafficking;•Validate the ID card every day;

All the teachers have the right to:•Convene General Meetings of Teachers•Be consulted before their appointment to any office or specific task on the their profession.•Present in each school year, preferences regarding the teaching levels

They have the duty to:•Maintain good atmosphere in the group of schools, calling attention to attitudes and less own behaviors;•Report superiorly all instances they deem serious.

The Technical Assistants have the right to:•Call General Meetings of Staff;

•Training and to update their specific areas of expertise;

They have the duty to:•Use a uniform and present the respective identification in a visible place.

•Ensure the good atmosphere of the school.
