1). Place the pallet.
2). Layout VCI shrink film on it.
3). Place ring gears in stacks.
4).Between ring gears place edge protector (protect sheet) 0.8 mm so that ring gears do not bang with each other.
5). Strap ring gear with each other.
6). Place VCI emitter & desiccant in hollow space of ring gears.
7). Lift the bag up & heat seal it
8). Send the pallet in oven for shrinking , for 5-7 minutes
8). Material will come out shrink and ready for palletization and despatch
