THE REGIONAL

LEVEL

The current Regional disaster coordinating councils shall henceforth be known as the Regional Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils (RDRRMC’s) which shall coordinate, integrate, supervise and evaluate the activities of the RDRRMC.

The RDRRMC’s shall establish an operating facility to be known as the Regional Risk Reduction and Management Operations Center (RDRRMOC) whenever necessary.

The civil defense officers of OCD who are or maybe designated as Regional Disaster Officers of OCD who are or maybe designated as Regional Disaster of the OCD shall serve as chairpersons Of the RDRRMC’s.

it’s vice chairpersons shall be the regional directors of the DSWD, DILG, DOST and NEDA. The existing regional offices of the OCD shall serve as secretariat of the RDRRMC’s. the RDRRMC’s shall be composed of the executives of regional offices and field stations at the regional level of the government agencies.
