The building was built in 1961 and has one street fronting facade, about 98 feet long. The front facade is constructed with metal mullions and cladding panels. The side and rear facades are constructed of brick veneer. A combination of scaffold drops and binocular inspections were used to examine the façade condition.

(F) Detailed Examination Description: 1 scaffold drop inspection was conducted on the Front (South- Remsen Street) Façade, 2 scaffold drop

inspections were conducted on Side (West) Façade and 2 scaffold drops were made at Rear (North) Facade. In addition to this, 5 visual inspections were conducted via binoculars from various observation platforms. These

platforms were the sidewalk bridge, neighboring terrace or neighboring egress staircase in the adjacent building on same side of the street.

These inspections were performed and completed in accordance with the Administrative Code and 1RCNY 103-04 Chapter 100 for the Maintenance of Buildings.
