ABOUT US

RK’S Mother Teresa Foundation is a not-for-profit( NGO)foundation, operating a medical center since 2009.It is registered under the Societies Registration Act, 2001 with its Registered Number.434, and possess80 G Certification under the Income Tax Act, which provides benefits to the donors and we also possess 12A Registration an NGO exempt from Tax.

We operate an Elder Care Center, Rehabilitation Center, Physiotherapy, Nursing Care, Caretaker Services,Counseling, Medical Services for aged old patients, indigent patients, destitute patients, orphans,neurological, ortho, cancer, health care awareness programs, zed iatric care, and treatment for terminalillness patients.

Health Care Center treats patients who are suffering from chronic diseases, viz., Neuro, Paralysis, BrainTumor, Cardio Vascular Diseases, Cancer, Tuberculosis, Alzheimer’s Disease, Heart and Brain Stoke,Parkinson’s, Asthma, Chronic Kidney, Hepatitis, Arthritis, Diabetics and Orthopedics. We providemedications to our needy patients.

Our facility employees more 25 medical and para medical staff. Our center has 50 beds, and we providefree meals to our inhouse patients and to our staff daily for more than 60 individuals.

Vision: Our goal is to acquire own premises and improve our facility to teat disabled patients, operateorphanage, elder care and treat poor people for free.

ABOUT THE FOUNDERThe Founder of the RK’S Mother Teresa Foundation is Dr. Rama Krishna who has completed Bachelor ofPhysiotherapy, from NTR Health University, in the year 2011. The idea of starting this foundation came tohis mind when he lost his mother late Ramulamma, when she could not get proper medical assistance inhis hometown. She passed away without getting proper medical attention and treatment in a small village.The sad incident in his life inspired him to take an oath that he shall serve and treat thousands of motherslike his own by providing the best medical care for needy in rural and urban India. Since the inception of thisfoundation he has treated more than 5000 ( Five Thousand) patients from chronic health diseases. He hastreated many victims of road accidents, orphans, destitute women, children, elderly men and women, accidentpatients and fire victims. He is continuously treating with rehabilitation services.

He has been awarded with the following achievements and awards.

“Best Doctor for Outstanding Contribution in rehabilitation & Physiotherapy” by Nationwide Health CareConclave & Awards, 2020,

“VaidhyaRatna” awardee 2019, by the Government of Telangana,

“Indian Humanitarian Award”, 2020 by Indian Book of Records,

Awarded as the “Best Doctor” and “Good Service Award” by the World Human Rights Council and by theSocial Welfare Department of Telangana.

Further to his services, his spouse is also engaged as”Nursing Director” for the facility for more than ten(10) years. She is also completing her Bachelor of Physiotherapy to assist Dr. Rama Krishna in his endeavors.

OUR SUCCESS STORIES

MS. ANNAPURNA

She was met with a serious road accident while she was going to

her house after the job, with multiple fractures, maxilla facial trauma,

breast collapse, spinal injury, hip joint fracture, thigh muscle collapse,

gluteus muscle collapse, knee & femur collapse. She was

performed multiple operations in various hospitals after sixteen (16)

surgeries and six (6) months of rehabilitation, she is a normal being.

The whole treatment is provided for free of service. Now, she has

accepted employment in the Government Hospital as “ Nurse”

MS. THULASI

She was met with a serious road accident hit by RTC bus

in Balanagar, Secundrabad. She was severely injured with

multiple fractures for her knee and hip. She was operated

two (2) times and the foundation treated her for three (3)

months for free. Now, she is quite normal and leading a

happy marital life with children.

MS. KAVITHA

She is an Orphan and possess master’s in science with

Mathematics. She married an uneducated individual, who

was an alcoholic, burnt her alive. She suffered with severe

burns and was hospitalized for more than one month for

treatment. The Foundation treated her for six (6) months

and free and placed her with employment.

MR. NARASIMHA

He was a Car Driver, suddenly he got brain stroke, and had a

Craniotomy Surgery, and the foundation is providing post operation

care for more than one (1) year for free. He is presently getting treated

in the center. We have many more success stories to share.

ADOPTED ORPHAN

The Foundation also adopted

an orphan Ms. Jaylaxmi from

Warangal and provided her

employment and got her

married. She is happily married

with a child.
