SLIDE 14

• Motor-powered for low noise levels

• Preferable for light plastic parts (rotationally symmetrical)

• High feeding rates

• Low maintenance reliable.

Feeding & Handling Centrifugal Feeders

RNA offers a full range of tooled centrifugal feeders.

In association with HoppmannCorporation of the USA, the world’s number one in centrifugal feeders and systems, RNA can now offer a full range of tooled centrifugal feeders.

Including Step feeder type STS, Linear feeder type SLG 820

Product characteristic qualified for:

• Components with small sort features and high feeding rate

• Pre-sorting of the components on counter working travel plates

• Sorting on linear feeder with machined tooling sections

• Robust, low noise levels, efficient

Handling System – Screws

Feeding & Handling Step Feeders

RNA Step feeders have been designed to be robust and reliable for handling bulky heavy components, oil and other harsh materials on the surface of the product are possible for feeding and orientation.

• Vibratory drive

• Brush coating allowing gentle and smooth conveying of components (e.g. for polished or fragile components)

• For components weights up to 2.5kg

• Low noise levels

Feeding & Handling Carpet Feeders

Directional Carpet Linear feeders are used to orientate components where a step feeder or bowl feeder is not suitable.

They enable gentle handling of orientated components from bulk to escapement devices creating product accumulation prior to a machine or handling unit.
