Setup

Process
• ¾ cup green coffee
• Pour beans in
• Turn on popper
• ~ 3 minutes first crack
• ~ 4 minutes light roast
• ~ 5 minutes medium roast
• ~ 5.5 minutes second crack
• ~ 6+ minutes dark roast
• Pour beans immediately onto cooling tray
Resting period
• CO2 needs to vent
• Let rest, loosely sealed ~ 12 hours
• Mason jars work well
