THE INTERCULTURAL CITY DEFINITION

- a diverse population- strong political leadership for diversity as an advantage - effective policy to combat discrimination - institutions sensitive to and competent to address the needs of a diverse population - a strategy and tools to deal with cultural conflict and encourage mixing and interaction between diverse groups in the public space.
