TIME IS MONEYOur complete line-up of FASWeld Standard Robotic Weld Cells have utilities integrated directly into the frame, allowing for faster ramp-up.
We configure the set-up with dual zone cells to help you load and unload in one zone while the robot is working in the other. We build-in space for customization through floor-mounted modular fencing to configure the cell dimensions.

As the ideal option for companies embracing automation for the first time, each weld cell is pre-engineered, allowing for rapid delivery and installation time, while maintaining a small footprint with single-piece platforms.
ROBOTICWELDCELLS
All of our FASWeld Standard Robotic Weld Cells are built with forklift pockets and leveling/anchoring pads to enhance setup, and flexibility to reposition where needed in your facility.
The cells are surrounded by modular fencing, welding flash curtains, push button operator controls, and service access doors.
Expansion is accounted for through industry-standard Ethernet controls for future integration and automation.
FASWELD 1DUAL ZONE FIXED TABLES
Our rigid base dual zone fixed table comes equipped with two removable 47" by 31.5" heavy-duty welding tables and a sliding load/unload station door, operations can continue to run efficiently through the use of both zones.

Where to use the FASWeld 1:
• When the parts to be welded are small and can be welded in a single step and can be re-positioned manually between steps
• When it’s your first robot and you want to develop your in-house robotic welding skills
FASWELD 2DUAL ZONE HEADSTOCK/TAILSTOCK
For smaller parts that require repositioning for welding, the standard FASWeld 2 offers the same modularity and configurability of all our cells, while increasing the work space to 57" x 36" using two integrated servo controlled headstock positioners with tailstocks and the operator is protected by a sliding load/unload station door.

FASWELD 3DUAL ZONE VERSATILE CELL
Featuring two large operating zones, the Dual Zone Versatile Cell can be configured for production using either flat tables, servo controlled headstock/tailstock combinations, or servo-controlled 2-axis positioners. Each zone can be configured as required, and they include welding flash protection and integrated safety for operator protection. The operator zones can be protected with either safety interlocked doors, or safety light curtains for quicker access for part loading & unloading.

FASWELD 4FERRIS WHEEL POSITIONER CELL
With a unique ferris wheel set-up, this weld cell allows for safe and efficient load and unload through two 78.8" x 56" diameter swing ferris wheel. The system is set-up with axes with through bore for passing utilities. The positioner can be suited as required (longer/shorter length & swing diameters).
