Algarve in an unique space, connected with the nature.

� The apartments should be:

- equiped with small kitchenet, bathroom, etc

-connected to the house, but that can also be used independently

The main idea of this option is to use the existing square meters of the storage space, creating two small apartments that can be used completely independently

from the main house, occupying the complete volume of this section of the building.

Each bedroom is developed in two levels:

- ground floor - with different divisions between them but same functions - living room (with a sofa that can open and turn into another bed), cooking area and

bathroom,

- - sleeping space in the mezzanine.

Outside there is a deck area divided by green features so each one can have some privacy.

The main idea of this option is to use also only the existing square meters of the storage space, creating two complete bedrooms, having independent uses in each

level of the volume.

This means that the private area of each bedroom is located on the ground floor, smaller spaces, more functional, less worries.

We have simple hotel bedrooms, king size bed, comfortable bathroom, storage and a desk,

Nice exterior private terrace also with some privacy.

In the top floor would be a lounge room, tv corner and cooking area that can be used by all the occupants.

In this option I searched for a solution that would also improve the main house and access to the terrace.

By this way I would change the staircase to the back of the house and clean the façade.

Thinking about the future and the possibility that this house would be occupied the complete year, I made the kitchen bigger and created a storage / laundry room,

only adding around 5sqm to the main house.

In the rental section I added about 36sqm of liveable area and 14sqm of covered area.

With this we are able to create 3 complete mini apartments, all equipped with kitchen, bathroom, king size bed, extra sofa / bed and there's a possibility to add

even a third bed in the top of the bathroom.

In the covered area there are exterior baths that bring the extra luxury to the apartments and nice seating chairs.

Keeping in mind the solution for option III, here I keep the idea of improving the main house.

Thinking about the future and the possibility that this house would be occupied the complete year, I made the kitchen bigger, created a storage / laundry room,

only adding around 5sqm to the main house.

In the rental section I added about 11sqm of liveable area and 25sqm of covered area.

With this we are able to create 3 small mini apartments, equipped with compact cooking space, bathroom and king size bed, there's also the possibility to add a

second bed in the top of the bathroom.

In the covered area there are exterior baths that bring the extra luxury to the apartments and nice seating.
