The network #digicomnet is the outcome of an exchange program, funded by the U.S. Department of State Office of Citizen Exchanges and managed by World Learning. The main idea behind the program is that the new generation of communicators, using information technologies, believes in and needs open communication. 13 countries are part of #digicomnet.
