Travel Itinerary: Burlington JV in Burlington, WY

Tuesday October 14, 2013:

• Travel to:• Bus will leave at 2:15pm from Cowley• Arrive in Burlington around 3:00pm

• Game Time:• 4:15pm

• Travel home:• Bus will leave around 6:15pm

• Arrive in • Byron (West of School Building) around 7:00pm • Cowley (HS) around 7:15pm• Deaver (In front of School Building) around 7:30pm• Frannie (Elementary School) around 7:40pm

Notes: • Please have someone at each drop off location on time so bus doesn’t have to wait. It

would be ideal for our players to call 15-20 minutes before arriving at respective location. We will not leave each location until all players are picked up.

• Varsity Games - Snack packs will be provided via Senior Parents and/or Booster Club for long trips.

• Regular Season: Tongue River, Shoshoni• Playoffs: TBD

• JV Games – Players are responsible for food/snacks.• For long trips, school will pay for one meal per day, which will be the second meal of

the day. It will be at the coaches discretion as to whether a second meal is needed.
