Travel Itinerary: Shoshoni in Shoshoni, WY

Friday, September 12, 2014:

• Travel to:• Bus will leave at 1:15pm from Cowley• Arrive in Shoshoni around 4:00pm

• Game Time:• 6:00pm

• Travel home:• Bus will leave around 8:15pm• Get Food in Thermopolis• Arrive in

• Byron (West of School Building) around 11:15pm• Cowley (HS) around 11:30pm• Deaver (In front of School Building) around 11:45pm• Frannie (Elementary School) around 11:55pm

Notes: • Please have someone at each drop off location on time so bus doesn’t have to wait. It

would be ideal for our players to call 15-20 minutes before arriving at respective location. We will not leave each location until all players are picked up.

• Varsity Games - Snack packs will be provided via Senior Parents and/or Booster Club for long trips.

• Regular Season: Shoshoni, Saratoga, Wyoming Indian• Playoffs: TBD

• JV Games – Players are responsible for food/snacks.• For long trips, school will pay for one meal per day, which will be the second meal of

the day. It will be at the coaches discretion as to whether a second meal is needed.
