‘Meler’ has created the Roller Coater series for thermoplastic hot melt adhesives and PUR / POR adhesives. Thanks to its three rolling widths 350/600/1050mm perfectly fits in all applications.

These equipments are characterized by:

• Theapplicationrollerismadeofhardenedsteelwithcarbonfinishing,suitablefornon-wovenmaterials.

• ThePFTEcoatedtemperedsteelscrapersareindividuallyadjustableinpositionandtemperature.

• Thescrapersandpressurerollerarepneumaticallyoperatedandadjustmentbydecimalscale.

• Thegapbetweenapplicationrollerandpressurerollerisadjustedbyacounterwheel(0-50mm).

• ThetankisinternallycoatedwithPTFEandincorporatesatightlidthatkeepstheadhesiveinoptimalworkingconditions.

• Theexternaladhesivesupplyiscontrolledbyalevelsensorlocatedonthelidofthetank.

• Theworkingdirectionislefthand(theformatsrangefromlefttoright).
