Under Update Titles link click Catalog tabMedia specialist has no control of this task . One would have to have direct server access to do the backup. The Destiny server for the district is located at the Central Office and the Technology department handles it. The last backup of Structured Query Language (SQL) was 1/8/2013.
Running circulation reports
Click report tab in the Library Reports linkUnder Circulation tab click Current Checkouts/fines
