– The software is paid for when it is consumed without the upfront cost of a perpetual software license.

– No hardware infrastructure, installation, or maintenance required.

– Departmental apps or apps that would have normally been unaffordable become feasible.

– The software is available upon purchase

Focus IT on Core Competency – The IT savings on capital and effort allows the customer to focus resources on their core competency

and strategic initiatives.

Access Anywhere – Applications can be accessed anywhere a use has an Internet connection and a computing device,

thus enabling a mobile workforce and ease of external collaboration with partners and customers.

Freedom to Choose – The pay-as-you-go nature of SaaS enables users to select applications they wish to use and to stop

using those that no longer meet their needs. This requires vendors to be more receptive to customer needs.
