Problem list: Hypothyroid; Chronic otitis externa

Presented for: Recheck ears and thyroid levels, adjust Prednisone dose. Restrained by owner w/ pronged pinch collar

Problem: Cannot be handled, barks and threatens anyone entering exam room. Growls at owner’s attempts to calm.
