ROLE OF TEACHERThe teacher defines the general structure of the role play, but generally does not actively participate once the structure is set. To quote Jones , "...the teacher becomes the Controller, and controls the event in the same way as a traffic controller, helping the flow of traffic and avoiding , telling individuals which way to go.

ADVANTAGES1-Children have always learnt from duplicating the action of others, including their Parents and peers.2-People enjoy playing ,especially young people. If students are already motivated toPlay learning through play would become even easier.3-Role playing encourages the use of critical thinking because it involves analyzing and problem solving therefore role play is cognitive learning method.
