Alliance Industrial Doors Ltd is a successful family-run business based in the West Midlands specialising in cold roll-forming of metal profiles. Our family orientated philosophy gives us many advantages over our competitor’s. It is built upon a loyal, stable and committed workforce enabling us to focus on our customer’s long term, and not for short term profitability.

Our customers are our number one priority, as we recognise the urgent nature of the industrial door industry. We operate our own fleet of vehicles, enabling us to offer a 24 – 72 hours turnaround on orders.

Alliance Industrial Doors Ltd was formed in 1983. Built on solid foundations from its modest beginning in an old railway stable almost half a century ago, it now comprises over 40,000sqft of purpose built factory and tooling facilities.

Our skilled workforce has been manufacturing quality metal profiles and tooling for over 40 years, but our industrial heritage runs a lot deeper, spanning half a century, from its early days exporting machinery all over the globe, all built right here in the heart of the West Midlands.

Our equipment and machinery are high quality, manufacturing 1000’s of products across various sectors from our 2 manufacturing facilities in the West Midlands.

We are an ISO9001:2008 accredited firm with our Factory Production Control system assessed to BS EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011 - Execution of Steel Structures, all of which is audited annually by the Steel Construc-tion Certification Scheme (SCCS). This enables us to comply with CPR 305/2011/EU allowing us to CE mark our products going out onto the market. We are also a member of the Door Hardware Federation (DHF), thus understanding the regulations and restraints placed on installers. All of our industrial door products have been tested in accordance with BS EN 13241-1:2003+A1:2011 for peace of mind.

AD95 is a twin skin profile roll formed from a single strip of material with a full polyurethane foam-filled central core, offering outstanding thermal and acoustic properties. AD95 is ideal for industrial applications such as factories and warehousing, but also domestic use, typically for roller garage doors.Our foam filled insulated lath is available in 0.5mm Hot Dip Galvanised Steel to DX51 Z2 275g which offers a bright smooth finish ( suitable for powder coating), or a pre colour coated s teel from 0.5mm material with an exclusive, glittery textured surface manufactured to EN 10169 + A1 (Please see colour chart)

Our pre coated steel is designed specifically for use in profiles with a high aesethetic demand which has an exclusive, glittery textured surface. The product is manufactured according to the BT Patent (Bio Based Technology) and there-fore holds a high enviromental position.The thickness of the BT coating is optimized for wear resistance, weathering resistance and low resource consumption. The coating also possesses excellent gloss retention and colour fastness, and also provides good protection against corrosion.
