LOCK INSTRUCTIONS

Set your personal lock combination by following these instructions:

Step 1:Turn each of the three dials until the combination on the side of the lock reads 0-0-0.

Pull up on the shackle, releasing it from the body.

Step 2:With the 0-0-0 combination facing you, turn the shackle 90° counterclockwise.

Press down on the shackle as far as it will go and hold.

Step 3:Turn the dials to the desired combination.

Release the shackle.

Your lock is now ready to use and your personal combination is set.

FIVE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Vera Bradley Rolling Luggage products are fully warranted to the original owner or gift recipient against defects in material and workmanship for a period of five years starting from the date of purchase. If a problem occurs with this Vera Bradley Rolling Luggage product (the “Product”) and such problem is caused by a manufacturing defect in material or workmanship, Vera Bradley will, in its discretion, either fix or replace the Product in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions contained herein.

For warranty evaluation and repair, the Product, a completed Warranty Return Form (available at verabradley.com/warranty), and a copy of your proof of purchase must be sent to:

All in-bound shipping to the foregoing facility must be prepaid and insured. If the damage to the Product is covered under this warranty, Vera Bradley will repair or replace the Product and return it to you within four to six weeks. If Vera Bradley determines that the damage to the Product is not covered under this warranty, the Product will be returned to you.

This warranty is limited to manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, improper care, normal wear and tear and/or damage caused by airlines or other carriers. Vera Bradley makes no other warranty, express or implied, beyond the terms of this express warranty. Vera Bradley’s obligation under this warranty shall not include any liability for special, indirect or consequential damage or delay, whether arising in contract, in tort, under warranty, or otherwise. Some states do not allow for the exclusion or limitation on incidental or consequential damages, so the foregoing limitation or exclusion may not apply. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have additional rights, which vary from state to state.
