1 – BEARING HOUSING

We have self-designed bearing housingmanufactured under our press shop. We alwaysmachining all bearing housing in our premisesonly to get our required tolerance for betterassembly

2 – SEALING

We have our own dies for seal sets whichis unique design and are not available in market.It is designed specially to prevent any dust orwater particle to be ingredient inside housing. Allseals are filled with lithium based grease forbetter performance.

1 - AUTOMATIC PIPE CUTTING & BEVELLING MACHINE

3 - AUTOMATIC DOUBLE HEADED CO2 MIG WELDING

• Tubes are fed to the machine for cutting.• Total load volume of loading & storage rack

is 19 pieces of φ159 tubes with 4 tons’ loadcapacity.

• storage rack is designed with a proper inclineangle to enable the tube roll downward tokick-in position.

• The kick-in plates are driven by multiple-unitsof air cylinder, which can kick the tube ontofeeding roller table one after another.

• Pipe length fixing is done by AC servo system.

Automatic Welding provides an optimum and consistent quality of weld as compared to manual process with the ease in Nozzle Cleaning and Wire Shearing function automized to achieve the high-est quality of weld.

• Align Clamping mechanism driven byelectric motor to control boring depth andhigh accuracy.

• Dimensional Tolerance of bore spaceis ≤ 0.20 mm.

• Pipes are bored simultaneously to achieveconcentricity.

In this machine align clamping mechanism in-stalled. Which are driven by electric motor. So, that we can controlled the boring depth with high accuracy. Dimensional tolerance between both bore space ≤ 0.20. Pipes will be bored simultaneously both side to avoid concentricity.

3. BEARING ASSEMBLY

This machine is used for assembling bearing/seal/dust cap into the roller. The bearing/seal/dust cap shall be loaded onto the pressing head by manual, and pressing head press the bear-ing/seal/dust cap onto the both end of roller at one time. After bearing and sealing are assem-bled, the operator shall manually be assembled the keylock. This machine specially designed with buffer pressing structure. We ensure you about assembling precision as well as avoiding the defects like inadequate assembling and distortion etc.

4. Testing & Inspection

As per IS 8598 maximum allowable run out is 1.6mm with our manufacturing processes we guarantee run out of not more than 1mm.

We achieve and accuracy upto 0.007 mm in Axial float (End play) by grooving the shaft on CNC turning machine which is an important parameter for the roller.

In this test sealing arrangement is tested against the ingress of water. The roller is rotated in a special fixture having water showers impinging water on to the roller housings at a particular pressure. At the end of the test, the bearing assembly is removed to check any ingress of water droplets inside the bearing assembly.

Most of the idler rollers are used in an atmosphere with high contamination of dust particles. Quality of Rollers is checked by performing dust ingress test.In the process the roller is rotated at a specific RPM in a closed chamber having a con-tinuous cloud of dust which is maintained for a specific amount of time. At the end of test we checked the bearing assembly to checked for ingress of dust par-ticles.

All our products are cleaned with special chemicals for better bonding of paint.All products are painted precisely with EPOXY/PU paint as per end client requirement
