MINUTES OFREGULAR MEETING
WARWICK SCHOOL BOARDSeptember 18, 2018
A regular meeting of the Warwick School Board was held Sept. 18, 2018 in the high school computer lab. Present were Larry Thiele, Shane Moxness and Jean Wallace. Absent were Mary Langley and Heather Lawrence. Others present were Dean Dauphinais, Theresa Knutson, Cecil Stewart, Angela Brandt, Cheryl Poitra and Rita Kaeding.
The meeting was called to order at 5:02 p.m. by President Thiele. Roll call was established for a quorum. The agenda was reviewed; President Thiele asked for any additions, deletions or amendments. There were none.
Motion to approve presented agenda: Motioned by Wallace, seconded by Moxness; all in favor, none opposed, the motion carried, two absent.
Motion to approve Aug. 28, 2018 regular meeting minutes as amended: Motioned by Moxness, seconded by Wallace; all in favor, none opposed, the motion carried, two absent.

Elementary Principal Brandt repor ted on enro l lment for elementary. Attended a strategic planning workshop. September 27 is family night.
Middle School Principal Cheryl Poitra reported on enrollment and pictures. Finished NWEA testing. Met with leadership team leader.
High School Principal Dean Dauphinais reported on student attendance.

Motion to approve two school board members to attend NDSBA conference in Bismarck on Oct. 25-26, 2018: Motioned by Wallace, seconded by Moxness; all in favor, none opposed, the motion carried, two absent.
The next board meeting date will be Oct. 16, 2018 at 5 p.m.
The meeting adjourned by 5:22 pm.

As directed by the Leeds City Council, the following property is offered for sale by sealed bids:
2016 Ford F250 Super Duty Extended Cab XL, 4WD, 6.2L V8, Snow Plow Prep Package, Astrostart, 24,000 miles.
