Responsible for any composite repair activities within the company.
Troubleshoot and solve aerospace and aircraft assembly process & quality issues (Metallic
and composite parts).
Advice / supervise on rework and repair of metallic and composite parts.
Responsible to interpret and flow down any engineering related information to production
from customer specifications and engineering drawings.
Successfully set up and obtain Composite Repair approval for Spirit Aerosystems Malaysia.
Appointed as trainer & evaluator on composite repair skill set for technicians in Spirit
Aerosystems Malaysia.

Implementing LEAN methodology to current production such as process & cost improvement
