Permitting process for communication service deployment projects involving permit applications for construction in public right of way

Participate in weekly pre-submittal review of draft general permit application packages

A complete General Permit Package is required to clearly show where the proposed work is located and how it will be performed (PE seal stamp)

A specified timeline for application submittal, staff review, comments, and formal resubmittals by applicant will achieve faster review times.

Applicants shall submit a reasonable production schedule A Single Point of Responsibility and a Project Manager may be assigned

upon request Record drawings submitted in a GIS format are required
