    Easy operation

    The col oured op erator di splay wi th easil y unders tandab le

    pictures and icons makes programming and operation o

    the Compas very simple. The pictures and icons allow the

    machine to be programmed easily without using text, no

    special language skills are needed.

    You can crea te and na me up to 50 in dividua l progra mmes.

    Ater wards it is easy to se lect an d start t he indivi dual pro -

    grams. From that point the machine does the work itsel and

    displays the most important current data and text on the

    coloured display. This simplicity is the reason that non-skilled

    workers can operate the Compas ea sily, leaving your spe-

    cialists do more ullling work in the meantime.

    I the room and dough temperatures have changed, the

    Compas allows you to make day to day adjustments

    quickly and easily.

    Option

    To ease the liting and cleaning o the machine ta bles and the opening o

    the saety guards, the Compas can be equipped with pneumatic springs.

    Optional rollers ease the handling o large dough blocks. In addition the

    Compas is also available with blue conveyor belts.

    1 Less dusting our in the atmosphere

    By using the automatic four duster, four is dusted

    evenly and accurately over the dough ba nd. A plastic

    skirt prevents dusting four rom escaping into the

    atmosphere. The usage o four is reduced and the air

    quality improved.

    2 Perect sheeting thanks to special scraper

    system

    The scrap er system cons ists o our ide ntical and th ere-

    ore interchangeable scrapers. The upper scrapers

    are connected with the upper roller, providing consistent

    pressure. For that reason, even extremely sensitive a nd

    thin dough sheets do not tear, this also allows working

    with a minimum o dusting four. This scraper system is

    quick and easy and does not require any tools.

    3 Reliable work

    The reve rsal o e lectro nic shee ters is c ontroll ed by pho-

    tocells, which are cleaned automatically with every re-

    versal. This is a considerable advantage o the Compas,

    because the sel-cleaning system guarantees maximum

    reliability, even or extremely thin dough bands.

    4 Optimising working processes

    While the Compas is sheeting, your operators can do

    other work, or example eeding a pastry line.

    This is a valuable c ontribution to enha ncing producti vity.

    5 Versatile applications

    With the Compas you are also able to handle special

    types o dough on an individual basis. For example there

    are Manual/Automatic programmes available. With

    these, you rst select the reduction steps manually and

    subsequently save them in a programme aterwards.

    In this way thin dough can be sheeted more than once

    to an end thickne ss o 0.2 mm, or example. This is

    achieved by repeated reversals o the dough band which

    slightly stretches until it becomes paper thin.

    The automatic dough band r eeler incre ases eciency. The d ough band is reele d automatically,

    without tension and you can process it directly. The reeler is activated only during actual reel-

    ing and not during the whole sheeting process. In this way, no four is disturbed and air quality
