INTRODUCTION

ALL SERIESALL SERIES ARE DESIGNED IN COMPLIANCE WITH “EN14511”,”EN60204”, “EN1751”, “EN779” , “EN378”, “EN1020”,“EN1216” STANDARDS.

URTP series rooftop units produced by Üntes are the most ideal air conditioning units for cinemas, malls, warehouses, offi ces and large workplaces thanks to their stylish and ergonomic designs. Thanks to their compact design, they suit all locations in terms ofdecoration. BSC and ECO series options provide rational solutions for you.

URTP units are made of high – quality galvanized sheet against harsh atmospheric conditions. It is coated with sunlight – resistant electrostatic powder paint. In drainage zones, the trays are made of stainless sheet metal. For the auxiliary accessories on the unit, water and sunlight – resistant plastic alloys are used.

URTP All properties of the device can be controlled using the cable monitor that is provided with URTP units as a standard. The prominent ones among those controls are automatically switched heating / cooling mode, manual dehumidifi cation mode, error display and control, service warnings, smart defrost control, daily and weekly programming.

In addition to all those, the following can be added optionally: CO2 sensor (internal air quality control), smoke detector, fi lter pollution warning, relative humidity sensor (enthalpic control), BMS communication (Modbus RTU, Bacnet IP protocols), internal air fl ow rate control (fi xed air fl ow rate), condenser fan rate control at low cooling temperatures.

Solutions are provided for any kind of building problems using different connection equipment. By this way, it is possible to adapt the desired devicewithout making any changes or modifi cations in the building.

• Underside entrance – underside exit connection with/without axial fan.

• Side entrance – side exit connection with/without axial fan.

Furthermore, together with all those, the device has automatically – controlled fresh air and damper-controlled fresh and exhaust air and rain solutions using fresh air and return air damper.

The unit uses environment – friendly R-410A refrigerant. The unit provides “Only cooling” or “Heat Pump” options with two independent gas circuits. 3-stage capacity control is possible with those asymmetrically designed circuits. [055-230]. 4-stage capacity control is performed in big-capacity units using tandem connection [280-460]. In heating, three alternatives are provided alternatively and/or additionally, namely “Natural Gas Heating (with Condensation and modulation), “Electrical (Multi-stage)” and “Hot Water”. By this way, all heating problems are solved.

Inverter-controlled silent plug-fans are used in the internal air section. By this way, flow rate control is ensured and different out-of-device static pressure option is provided. For the condenser silent version axial fans with high energy efficiency are used. This section is designed being embedded in the unit by using a special design. This design is very successful at lowering the noise level.

The aspirator fans, which are needed in the classical systems, are not necessary thanks to the high- capacity plug fans used in the ventilator. If fresh air is used, “power exhaust fan” options are provided for undesired positive pressure conditions at the location.

High-efficiency and silent-scroll compressors are used in URTP series units to provide you with the best solutions for your comfort and performance expectations. Sound and heat isolation is provided by isolating the compressor and auxiliary equipment in the unit. The connections of the equipment to the device are made using specially designed parts, vibration is minimized and stable operation of compressors is ensured.

The “Thermal” or “Enthalpic” control options in ECO series of URTP units ensure conditioning with average external air support in the mornings and at season transitions resulting in both energy saving and reduction in noise pollution. Optionally, “Return Fan” or “Power Exhaust Fan” are provided.

A product key example;

The table data related with the working limits of the unit is given below.

The operational zones for the summer and winter limit conditions given in the table are shown in the graphics below.

* Heat Pump units can operate at temparatures of -7 °C. Operation at temperature down to -20 °C require the BAHK option.

The body and cover sheets used in the unit are made of high-quality galvanized sheet steel and are painted with electrostatic powder paint. The standard color code of the unit is RAL 7035.

They operate silently with high efficiency with scroll compressors. Environment – friendly R410A gas is used.

The global warming potential of the gas is gwP: 1975. All models are equipped with standard oil carter, carter heater and vibration – detecting wedges under them.

In 055-230 models, there are 2 compressors and 2 asymmetric gas circuits. By this way, it allows 3-stage capacity control.

280-460 models have 4 tandem-connected compressors providing 4–stage capacity control.

Free-cooling feature, where the compressor is not operated, is provided additionally to capacity control as “+1capacity”.

Internal conditioning coil and external condensers are high-efficiency copper pipe aluminum wing coils. They can be optionally hydrophilic/ epoxy coated. External condenser coil surfaces (aluminum wings) are quickly deformed in case of contact, therefore they can cause damage to the contacting person and therefore, these surfaces can be protected with a protection grid as an option. Depending on the options and accessories to be used in the system, there are up to 12 sensors in total. These sensors are located in different parts of the system, namely the air side and gas side. They convert the values they read into analog values and send them to the microprocessor to provide the operation information necessary for the processor.

URTP units have G4 filter as a standard. This filter, which is located at the internal unit opening of the unit, is used for protection purposes.

The fans are located inside the unit and their purpose is to route the conditioned air needed by the user to the location. They perform this operation either by using completely internal air or by taking partially external air. The system is designed to produce a constant pressure and air flow rate and performs this function by adjusting the rotation of internal unit fans in accordance with the system requirements. For this purpose, thefans can perform variable rotation adjustment (with optional IÜDK selection) using frequency inverter control. The adaptation of the unit to the system can be performed easily, quickly and economically.
