REJECTION OF BIDS The City of Lawrenceburg, Indiana expressly reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to judge the character and sufficiency of the work offered by the bidders, and to judge the ability of any bidder to perform the work in a proper manner.

BONDING REQUIREMENTS A bid bond executed by the bidder and a surety company in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the aggregate amount of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. You will learn some basic sewing skills and quilting techniques, all while contributing to the cause of literacy! Participants will make two black and white horse silhouettes, they will quilt one into their own tote bag, and donate the other back to us to be assembled into a full size quilt that will be displayed and auctioned off later this year!
