 A LL contestants must check-in before your first event:

**** All events will be run under the current ACTRA rules. Contestants are responsible forknowing the rules. No Time will be given due to cruelty to animals. All Judges’ decisions willbe final Protests will be allowed only in writing.1. Payoffs will be as follows: Events with a short go will be paid 20% to 1st Go & 80% toaverage. Stock fee charge of 30% & Can fee $5.00

2. Prizes for First place winners, All-Around winners will be determined by Money earned3. Management Reserves The Right To “Team Up” Any Unmatched Partners.

4.  Any quarreling or fighting on the premises involving a contestant vs. Rodeo officials,spectators, or other constestants before, during or after the Rodeo will result in immediatedisqualification from all events, forfeiture of all entry monies/and or monies won, and evictionfrom the premises.

limits the civil liability of the persons sponsoring Rodeo Activities. I understand that thereare inherent risks of injury, including death, when participating in Rodeo type activities,which risks include but are not limited to the propensity of an animal to behave in waysthat my result in injury or death to persons on or around them, the unpredictability of ananimals reaction to such things as sounds, sudden movements, and unfamiliar objects,persons, or other animals or objects, hazards such as surface and subsurface conditions,collisions with other animals or objects, and the potential negligence of anotherparticipant, such as failing to maintain control over the animal or not acting within theparticipant’s ability. Knowing and understanding the risks of participation in a Rodeoactivity, including injury and death to my person and damage to my personal property, Iexpressly choose to assume these risks.I hereby relinquish all claims, demands, and causes of action against Lazy L Ranch., Kualoa Ranch, Levi& Kathy Rita (Heirs& Successors) their officers, principals, representatives, employees and agents, forany damage, injury, or injury resulting in death to any of the undersigned’s equipment, or personalproperty. If the undersigned is the parent of guardian of any, minor participating in the Rodeo activity,the undersigned agrees that this instrument is a legal contract and is binding on his/her heirs andassign. I also agree to abide by all rules set forth by this Rodeo activity. I understand that this waiverand indemnity covers any practice sessions in conjunction with the Rodeo as well as the Rodeo.
