Celebrating 25 years!It’s hard to believe that I’ve been a “paper and gift girl” for 25 years … I simply

can’t believe it!

It started with a pen in one hand and a paintbrush in the other creating custom invitations for family and friends. Then off to the National Stationery Show in 1990 and there was no looking back. I barely feel much older than 25, much less

feel like I’ve been working for 25 years creating and art directing countless designs, drawings, patterns and watercolors. The time has flown by while the process, production and creativity has intensified and refined….. how grateful I am!

It’s been a wild ride of inspiration, growth, tears and renewal. Twenty years with Cross My Heart and now 5 years with RosanneBECK. The experience has been

amazing, one that I don’t consider to be work or a job, but an extension of myself always with the help of an amazing and willing team that has become friends and

family over the years.

From time to time, I meet someone for the first time who mentions they used one of my original invitations to celebrate a special occasion in their life. That’s when I

know I have made a difference.

Creating products is my passion. From the first inklings of inspiration to bringing the ideas to fruition, always keeping the goal in mind of being able to use what we

create and enjoy it to the fullest!

With much appreciation to the retailers and consumers who have bought our products over the years, the sales forces who have sold them and our internal teams

PRODUCT INFORMATIONMost of our products are printed on 100% FSC certified paper (the rating for the most environmentally

friendly papers). We print and assemble all items in the USA, using mostly local vendors.

PAYMENT All opening orders are credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and

American Express. Orders are charged when production begins. Shipping costs are charged at time of shipment and will be included on the final invoice. Established customers with a proven

payment history may qualify for Net 30 terms.

DELIVERY & SHIPPINGTurnaround time is typically 2-5 days. During trade show season, shipping times may vary. All orders

are shipped from Dallas, Texas via UPS Ground service unless otherwise requested.

BACK ORDERSOccasionally certain products may be out of stock. You will be notified that these items will ship separately and once the item is back in stock it will ship out immediately unless otherwise noted.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS All orders are printed especially for each customer. Therefore, all orders are considereda “custom” order and can only be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placing the

order via phone or email to [email protected] orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

RETURNSAll orders are produced at the customer's request. We only accept returns in the event of defective stock or shipping error. In this case, we must be notified within 5 working days of receipt. A return

authorization will take place. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.
