Ease of boat access can be from the aft swim platform or the step down along the aft cockpitalong port or starboard sides. The cockpit offers double seating as well as under seat storageand access to fuel components. From the cockpit through the sliding salon doors is the maincabin with galley to port, dinette to starboard, and helm and companion seating forward. Dualaccess doors, port and starboard of the helm area, allow access to the foredeck and anchor and/or to manage dock / canal lines. Through the companionway is the combination head tostarboard and main V-Berth forward. The roof of the main cabin offers a great place to store adinghy while underway.

The main cabin is a well laid out design offering space along with multifunction ability.

The galley is well equipped with stainless steel sink, two burner cooktop (propane), microwaveand counter space prep area including a cutting board that covers the burners when not in use.Under counter is the refrigerator and 3 storage cabinets. Above counter is a sliding window forlight and ventilation.

Across from the galley is a 2-4 person dinette that provides under seat storage, side slidingwindows with adjustable shade and a rear adjustable (up/down) window.

All of the windows on Spirit, 13 in total, come with custom made exterior mess sun screensthat are great for deflecting direct sun light and heat.

Forward of the galley and dinette is the helm and companion seating area.

HelmHelm

The helm station to forward starboard of the salon offers great visibility for vessel operating,docking and/or managing canal lines. The adjustable center windshield, port and starboardaccess doors, sliding windows in the salon and rear salon door offer great ventilation as well asease of access throughout the boat.

AccommodationsAccommodations

The accommodations for Spirit consist of the forward V-berth and the combination dinette /berth.

The V-berth located forward of the helm station has a centered privacy door and step down intothe berth. Immediately to starboard is the head. To port is the hanging locker with abovestorage. The V-Berth has a center insert to make it a full size 7ft double berth. Portal window(with shades) are to port and starboard with an overhead hatch to center. Additional storage isoffered to both port and starboard sides of the birth. Access to the anchor locker is centerforward of the berth.

The combination dinette / berth offers berths for two small children or one adult.

CockpitCockpit

The aft cockpit has multiple uses allowing for storage, seating (fixed and movable), entry /egress to the boat, below deck bilge access (central) and below deck access to bilge, fuel linesand controls to aft.

Center aft is a forward facing double cushioned seat. The seat cushion and cover (green tomatch the boats accent stripes) is made of weather resistant Sunbrella fabric. This seat can betilted forward to gain access to the aft bilge, fuel lines and storage area.

To port of the seat is the cockpit shower (hot and cold).

To port and starboard are storage lockers / steps onto the boat. The port storage locker housesthe propane canister.

In addition there is ample room for the storage / staging of dock lines, fenders. and gear.

EngineEngine

Spirit is fitted with a 2008 Evinrude E-TEC 225hp engine. These are highly desirable anddependable 2-stroke engines that offer superior fuel economy without sacrificing performance.These are low maintenance engines and are self winterizing avoiding added costs for boatstorage between expeditions.

This boat and engine combination cruises at an economical 8 mph at 2600 rpms but has theget up and go to reach speeds of 30 mph at 5600 rpms to avoid down bound barges and shipsor to shoot into tricky inlets with an outgoing tide.

The shallow draft of the engine and boat also offer a great chance to explore out-of-the waycoves and hide-a-ways.

TrailerTrailer

Included is the Shoreland'r dual axel over the road ready trailer. This trailer is rated for8,000lbs which allows for a 3,000 lb variance from the weight of the boat and the capacity ofthe trailer.

All four trailer tires have been recently replaced with less than 1,000 miles on the tires.
