would happen if they did open up.

When Martians Dont Talk

One of the big challenges for men is tocorrectly interpret and support a womanwhen she is talking about her feelings.The biggest challenge for women is to

correctly interpret and support a manwhen he isnt talking.

Quite often a man will suddenly stopcommunicating and become silent. Thisis unheard of on Venus. At first a womanthinks the man is deaf. She thinks thatmaybe he doesnt hear whats being saidand that is why he is not responding.

You see men and women think and proc-ess information very differently. Womenthink out loud, sharing their process ofinner discovery with an interested listener.This process of just letting thoughts flowfreely and expressing them out loud helps

her to tap into her intuition.But men process information very differ-ently. Before they talk or respond, theyfirst silently mull over or think aboutwhat they hear or experienced. Internallyand silently they figure out the most cor-rect and useful response. They first for-mulate it inside and then express it. Thisprocess could take from minutes tohours. And to make matters even moreconfusing for women, if he does nothave enough information to process ananswer, a man may not respond at all!
