Welcome to Rosebank, where we recognise the most important day of your life deserves a very special setting.
Rosebank is a beautifully restored heritage listed 1920’s homestead, offering all that you need for a truly memorable wedding
celebration. Featuring an on site chapel, elegant dining facilities, veranda, drawing room with open fire and picturesque gardens set
amongst ‘Seduction’ roses, water features, fountains and many hidden treasures.

Many brides choose our Bridal Suite to make those final touches, whilst enjoying a glass of champagne and capturing the excitement
before making their grand entrance. Guests will be enjoying time with the groom, family and friends before taking their seats in the
chapel or gardens for the ceremony.

Rosebank offers its own onsite Chapel, where the bygone era marries with contemporary elegance. Nestled within the gardens,
the double doors open to reveal a red carpet entrance, silk lined ceiling and decorative leadlight windows; all of which can be
enhanced with additional floral arrangements and matching pew sashes.
Should you prefer to be at one with nature, the beautifully manicured gardens complete with “Seduction” roses provide a perfect
backdrop for an alternative ceremony location.

After saying “I do”, together with your photographer, discover Rosebank’s homestead, gardens and surrounds to capture your love for
each other. With tucked away gems, exquisite archways and a gorgeous gazebo, Rosebank offers the perfect setting for unforget-
table photos.

Whilst you and your Bridal Party explore the grounds capturing a multitude of memories, your guests enjoy six-star hospitality.
Our dedicated team of professional and friendly Service Stewards will wow your guests with elegant canapés and flutes of
champagne on the lawn or in the Drawing Room by the open fire.

Rosebank seats a maximum of 140 guests for a sit down reception or 180 guests for stand up cocktail style celebration. Rosebank
features antique furniture, elegant styling with high ceilings, beautifully decorated cornices, glass chandeliers and views looking out
onto the gardens and opening onto the veranda.

We offer a number of menu styles, from a traditional sit down 3 course menu starting with truly delectable canapés, through to
something completely different. Whether it be a sharing antipasto entrée, served on tiered stands, an ‘assiette’ style main course
offering 3 tastings, or our family service main to the centre of the table, all are brilliantly received by our guests.
Finish with a grazing dessert station and allow guests to make their own Nespresso coffee, and truly, all and anything is possible!

• How many car park spaces do you have?
45 car park spaces, with plenty of parking also available on the side street.
• Can guests leave cars overnight in your secure car park?
Yes. Guests may leave cars by arrangement only.
• Can we play a DVD during speeches?
Yes. We have an inbuilt screen and data projector; we can also play sound for your presentation.
• Do you cater for children? What do you charge?
We are happy to provide a menu for children. Separate ‘kids party ’ menus and activity tables are available on request.
Children under 2 are complimentary, 2 – 12 are half price.
• Do you have disabled access?
Yes. Disabled access is available in the chapel, grounds and into the homestead. Disabled toilets and facilities
are available.
• What will it take to hold our date?
We will hold your date for an agreed period of time, however to secure the date, a deposit is required.

Our ever changing menus are provided for you to select from. However, please don’t think we are limited to just these.
We have created some amazing sharing menus, designed some epicurean delights and provided inspirational dishes that
we would love to discuss when you visit.

Our Executive Chef continues to design ever changing fresh, innovative menus for you and
your guests. Select this package for delectable canapés with pre-dinner drinks, two entrees,
two mains and two desserts.
Cocktail Package This package is perfect for more casual celebrations and incorporates a selection of
beautiful canapés and more substantial dishes for you and your guests to enjoy

Black Tie are Melbourne’s boutique caterer, offering the finest quality seasonal and local produce sourced ethically, providing options suitable to all couples. Please use our packages as a guide
as we believe that every wedding is unique and value each dream and idea so talk to us about what you imagine your day to be and allow us to create the memories that will last a life time.
Premium Packages
• Extended period of delightful canapés, incorporating some more substantial items served in stylish bowls $10 per guest
• Antipasto style entrée platters are a fun and friendly way to start your meal. Served to the centre of the table on our spider stands. $10 per guest
• Grazing Dessert Station, a fabulous option for dessert. Your wedding cake takes centre stage and is complimented with miniature tartlettes, friandes, baby gateaux, chocolate truffles, slices.
Cheeses- Blue, Cheddar, Brie, grapes, fig and honey chutney, crisp breads served in a relaxing style with Nespresso Coffee and Twinings Tea in the Drawing Room. $10 per guest
• Premium wines and beers are available for an additional cost (price dependent on final selection)

A number of different menu styles are available including our assiette plate of main course offering 3 tastings on one plate or a family style main
course for a more interactive option served to the middle of the table with 3 enticing side dishes $15 per guest.
