Not able to attend your rostered All Sorts shift?

Step 1. Try to find a replacement, or swap a shift.

Step 2. Let Brian Goodall know the outcome of your efforts.

Step 3. If the shift is still vacant, Brian will broadcast the vacancy to members through email as soon as possible.

Step 4. A replacement will volunteer, and attends the shift.

Vacant, any Volunteers?

Underwood PLEASE

Now that Australia Day has been successfully put to bed, it’s now on to the next BIG thing. Although not as BIG as

Australia Day, the Classic Jets (Parafield) Air Display on Sunday 17th March will need lots of you to help. We need about 10

people to look after car parking and 3 to provide the BBQ services. If we have enough left over we plan to open AllSorts, and if

there are enough left after that we need extra people to drag out as much of our stock (and put unsold away after) for outside

display Please let Richard know as soon as possible if you will be available - hopefully all day, so that we can work out what

jobs can be done.

Unfortunately, many of our workers will be away on holidays or at the District Conference, so if you are a

Friend of Rotary, a friend of a Rotarian, or a Rotarian we need your help.

Available at your nearest AllSorts Shop We have acquired a very large quantity of quilting fabric and spools of cotton/

synthetic sewing thread, and while this is primarily for sale at bargain prices, we

can also make it available to like-minded organisations provided they can use it

for charitable purposes. The image shows just one of about 10 rolls we have in

storage.

Please spread the word to quilting and like groups, and suggest that they can call

in to our premises on Thursdays and Saturdays to inspect.
