Condition of Evaporating Capacity

Thehousingofwaterbathisofstainlesssteeltopreventitfromundesirablecorrosionofthebath. Vacuumsealismadeofdouble‐bindingTeflonandNBRnitrileinordertoprovidethesealwithanti‐

abrasion,anti‐agingandanti‐chemical functionality,whichenables themachine tomakehighervacuumpressurecomparedtomostofotherimportedequipment.

Theleaningangleoftheevaporatingflaskcanbeeasilymanipulatedbyscrewingasimplebolttypecontroller.

Combi‐Clipcaneasilyremoveorattachtheevaporatingflask. Theinsulatedheaterpreventsthemachinefromburningaccidentorheatloss.

Setthewatertemperatureinwaterbathat60°C. Setthecoolingwaterspeedat40‐60L/h Injectthecoolingwater(15°C‐25°C)intothecondensercoil. Setthevacuumdegreeat700mmHgorabove.
